1. What types of events do you specialize in?

We specialize in experiential moments! From high-end social events, luxury celebrations, brand activations, weddings and corporate experiences. From curated intimate dinners to multi-day conferences, we design and produce experiences that are elevated, impactful, and unforgettable.

 

2. Do you offer full-service event planning and production?

Yes! We provide full-service event planning, design, and production. That includes concept development, vendor management, logistics, creative direction, on-site execution, and post-event breakdown.

 

3. How far in advance should I book your services?

We recommend securing our services at least 4–6 months in advance. For large-scale productions, 6–12 months is ideal. Any event requested under 90 days is considered expedited and will incur additional fees for accelerated turnaround and production timelines.

 

4. What’s your pricing structure?

We work off a total event budget, in which a separate service fee is added depending on the scope and scale of your event. Planning, design, and production are each considered distinct service categories and are priced accordingly.

Event minimums typically start at:

    •    $25,000–$50,000 for intimate events

    •    $50,000+ for mid-tier events

    •    $100,000+ for large-scale productions

 

5. Do you travel or work with out-of-state clients?

Absolutely. We are based in Philadelphia & ATL, but we proudly produce events across the country and internationally. Travel fees may apply depending on the destination and scope of the event.

6. Can I hire you just for event design or coordination?

Yes. While most of our clients book us for full-service planning and production, we do offer design-only and coordination  services on a case-by-case basis; with our dynamic team members.

 

7. Are your vendor partners shared with clients?

Our vendor partnerships are exclusive to our company. We do not share direct contact information or allow clients to invoice vendors directly. This policy upholds the value of our trusted relationships and ensures consistency, professionalism, and high standards across every event.

 

8. Do you handle all logistics, including permits, staffing, and technical needs?

Yes. Our team manages every detail—from obtaining permits and sourcing staff to overseeing audiovisual needs, creative installs, and guest experience logistics.

 

9. What makes your company different from other planners?

Our work goes far beyond logistics. We’re visionaries and executors—bringing a fusion of innovation, intentionality, and excellence to every experience we produce. Our process is hands-on, our vendor network is elite, and our clients trust us to bring big ideas to life seamlessly.

Bonus: What are your payment terms?

All payments must be made on time, with due dates outlined in your service agreement. Late fees do apply.

We accept ACH bank transfers and major credit cards. Please note:

    •    Credit card processing and invoicing fees (3.3% standard rate) will be added to your invoice.

    •    Additional processing fees may apply depending on your card provider.

    •    We do not accept Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo for any payments.
