Girls Who SOAR is the youth extension of the SOAR Network, focused on developing the next generation of confident, purpose-driven young women. Through mentorship, life skills training, and exposure to career pathways, the program nurtures self-worth, vision, and leadership. It creates a safe and empowering environment where girls are equipped not just to dream—but to build, lead, and rise.
Our partnership is with The Philadelphia High School for Girls
SOAR (See Opportunity and Rise) is a transformative women’s community designed to empower and evolve. It was founded by Crystal Bailey, in 2021 as the community arm of Crystal Bailey Productions for women in business and branched into a community for all women. Through curated experiences, resources, and intentional programming, SOAR equips women to embrace their purpose, build meaningful success, and step fully into who they are called to be. This is more than a network—it’s a space for growth, healing, alignment, and undeniable elevation.

We believe that love, leadership, and compassion paired with exposure shape the future generations. At SOAR we have excellent mentors and professionals who spend 12 Weeks pouring knowledge, care and access into the youth of Philadelphia.
Take a peek into some of the work we do. We had 4 Seniors graduate from our program in 2025, all in college furthering some of the hands on skills we implemented. We take great pride in being an asset towards making our young women's future brighter.
