Before the titles, before the accolades, and long before the trends, Crystal was the blueprint. From the front rows of fashion shows to the backend of million-dollar brand activations, she’s always been ten steps ahead; producing, curating, and elevating culture long before the industry had the language for it.

 

A gritty, fly Philly native, Crystal began building stages long before she had a title for it. From coordinating sold-out concerts and fashion shows during her undergrad years at Millersville University, to working the fashion and music circuits of New York and Philadelphia, her production roots run deep. BET’s Rip The Runway and Philly Fashion Week were career-shifting moments that cemented her purpose. She was made for mainstream production and bold cultural curation.

That passion evolved quickly. Backed by a degree in Public Relations with a focus on entertainment and large-scale productions, Crystal quickly rose through the ranks, working with major names like Kijafa Vick, Meek Mill, LeSean McCoy, and BET’s Rip The Runway. She expanded her creative empire into Fashion Week, live experiences, weddings and full brand ecosystems.

With a proven track record and powerhouse portfolio, she’s produced for and partnered with some of the most recognized names in culture: Roc Nation, Hennessy, Verizon, Kamala Harris, and the City of Philadelphia, among them.

 

From nightlife to weddings, hospitality to fashion, politics to music; her work is both elevated and rooted. Always led by the guest experience. Always rooted in purpose.

The work doesn't stop there, Crystal is also a force in hospitality curating some of the best programing, guest experiences, and systems in  hospitality and with local business in the Philadelphia area. Her MBA and marketing skillset has allowed for her to not only build programs but shape the way individuals and brands show up online as well while generating substantial revenue.

Crystal leads with faith, as God is always the forefront and director of her story. She also leads with vision and fire. A proud mother, she’s devoted to raising her multi-talented daughter, an actress in the making, while continuing to break barriers for Black women in creative leadership.
