The Details for The Formula Gala are listed here in its entirety.
Please read all details so you do not miss any information that you will need to know to attend the gala.
WHAT DAY AND TIME IS THE EVENT? WHAT IS THE ENTRY PROCESS?
The event will take place on November 15th, 2025 from 7pm-12am.
Doors will be from 6:30pm until 8pm. Arrival after 8pm will result in entry cut off, that means NO ENTRY, NO REFUND.
Venue will be announced 24 Hours Before the Event.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
The Formula Gala is a Black Tie | FORMAL.
The theme is Met Gala.
Please no casual street wear, inappropriate overly sheer/sexual attire is prohibited from the event.
This is an elegant high-class event, please dress accordingly.

Guests must adhere to the black-tie dress code.
WHAT IS THE FOOD PROCESS?
You will enjoyed an immersive and interactive food experience.
The menu is elevated soul food to highlight the significance of Black Culture with a strong emphasis on flavor.
(A Vegan option will be available upon request).
If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, pleas list them clearly at checkout.
We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions.
Please bring any necessary medications needed for allergies with you as we will not be held liable if it is not communicated.
WHAT ARE THE SEATING ARRANGEMENTS?
Seating will be assigned to ensure a seamless and elegant experience for all guests.
Individual tickets: You may be seated with other attendees.
Seats are assigned by commonalities amongst guest.
Table purchases: Guarantee seating together for your group of 10.
Special requests: For specific seating considerations, be sure to fill out the form
at check out with your guest names you prefer to sit with,
or please email theformulagala@gmail.com after purchasing; no later than October 11th.
Our team will do our best to honor requests while maintaining the flow and design of the event.
WHAT IS THE TICKET INFORMATION AGAIN?
Single Tickets : $280 | Duo Tickets: $560 | Table of 10 $2750
Ticket Release Dates for all Members (10AM | EST) :

October 11th | Contingent on Ticket availability
Please Note: There are only 250 Tickets available, we have high demand in
attendees and a long waiting list; so it is important that you get your tickets early, as they may not be available later.
THE REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY
All ticket sales are final — there are NO refunds.
However, tickets may be transferred to another guest if you cannot attend.
To transfer your ticket, you must:
Contact us by email only at theformulagala@gmail.com.
Submit your transfer request no later than 72 hours prior to the event.
Provide your guest’s full information so the ticket may be reassigned.
(Full Name, Social media, Age, Email, Phone.)
Requests made less than 72 hours prior will not be accepted unless in the case of an emergency.
Emergency requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will respond accordingly.
WHAT IS THE AGE REQUIREMENT?
All attendees must be 25 years of age or older. ID will be required at entry.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA DISCLAIMER
By attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed.
Photos and video may be used by The Formula Gala for promotional purposes only.
Event photos will be shared and accessible to all guests after the gala.
We encourage you to post and celebrate your experience, and we kindly ask that you tag @theformulagala on all social platforms.
PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
• Street parking and a nearby parking lot are available.
• The venue is accessible by public transportation.
• We strongly encourage guests to use Uber or Lyft for convenience.
ADA aCCESSIBILITY & SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS
The venue is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp at entry and full elevator access to all guest areas.
WHEN WILL THE LOCATION & SCHEDULE BE ISSUED?
A detailed schedule, along with all check-in, parking, and entry instructions,
will be emailed to guests the Monday before the event.
The location will be sent via text 24 hours before the event.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The Formula Gala is rooted in community, culture, and family.
All guests are expected to uphold the highest standard of respect and professionalism.
• No negative or derogatory behavior, fighting, or disruptive conduct will be tolerated.
• Any guest engaging in such behavior will be immediately removed
from the event by security and/or local law enforcement.
• Violators will lose all access to current and future membership,
will be barred from attending future events, and will not receive a refund.
This is an elegant, high-class event created to celebrate excellence.
We expect all guests to honor the spirit of unity and legacy the Formula Gala represents.

Additional FAQs
1. Remind me, what happens if I’m late again?
Entry closes promptly at 8:00 p.m.. There are no refunds and no entry after this time,
as dinner and programming will begin.
2. Can I bring a guest?
All guests must be registered ticket holders. If you attempt to bring an unregistered guest,
your ticket will be refunded and your access to future events revoked.
3. Is there coat check?
Yes, a coat check will be available on-site.
4 .Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Please list your dietary restrictions at checkout.
Requests must be submitted in advance.
5. Is there smoking on the premises?
There is an outside balcony/patio for smoking. There is no smoking promoted inside the building.
Any smoking, vaping, or any other form of smoking will result in removal off
the premises and the same outcomes as the code of conduct.

This event is the translation. This event represents the formula. Black culture is the equation the world copies but never fully understands.
Formula Black: Impossible Conversations is a dual-room immersive experience where the raw meets the regal, the street meets the stitched, and the culture meets its reflection. Guests don’t just attend—they decode.
It’s not about proving anything.
It’s about presenting everything.
THEME
The Formula – The Incomplete Conversation
An editorial teaser reclaiming Black culture’s place as the origin of fashion, art, influence, and storytelling — wrapped in elegance, symbolism, and presence. Inspired by the 2012 Met Gala theme “Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations” — but re-centered through the lens of truth.
Dress Code: Black Tie, Elevated
Inspired by the spirit of the Met Gala’s “Impossible Conversations” and reimagined through the lens of Black culture, The Formula Gala is a formal black-tie affair — not a cocktail hour, and certainly not your average night out.
Gowns are expected. Statements are welcome.
This is a celebration of style, legacy, and elevation. We ask all guests to arrive in full-length evening wear. Cocktail dresses will not be permitted.
For men:
Tuxedos, tailored suits, or formal attire is required. While we honor Black cultural expression — including fashion-forward footwear — sneakers must be upscale, clean, and in alignment with the elevated tone of the evening. This is not a streetwear moment. It’s a statement of refined culture.
Not permitted:
• Full-sheer or overly revealing attire
• Casualwear of any kind
• Denim or streetwear
• Basic sneakers or athletic shoes
This isn’t just about fashion. It's about us showing up like the BLUEPRINT. This is the formula. Dress accordingly.
The Experience: The Event is a 2 Part Experience.
The Formula Gala is an immersive evening that redefines Black excellence through fashion, art, and sensory storytelling.
The night begins with a guided dinner experience using your personalized Formula Card, engaging all five senses—sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell. From curated visuals to rich flavors and live soundscapes, dinner becomes a journey, not just a meal. Dinner is presented in unconventional Family Style to embody the traditions of classic Sunday dinners at grandma's house. We will be taking soul food and cultural traditions and adding a elevated twist.
As the evening unfolds, the space transitions into a lively cocktail hour featuring open bars, interactive signature drinks, photo installations, and live performances. You’ll move through curated moments designed to spark conversation, connection, and celebration.
Inspired by the Met Gala, surprise fashion moments and elevated style experiences will unfold throughout the night.
We close with a luxury-style afterparty—allowing each attendee to let their hair down but remain classy. Where the music is lit, the room is brilliant, and the energy is unmatched. It’s a celebration with class, grace, and cultural pride.

Upon arrival, you’ll receive your personalized Formula Card—a guide through a fully immersive, multi-sensory journey. You’ll select your entry point: sight, sound, taste, touch, or scent. From there, your card will lead you step-by-step through each moment of the evening.
Every course, every activation, every space is designed to awaken your senses. From aromatic elements and flavor profiles to textured moments and melodic soundscapes, you won’t just attend the dinner—you’ll feel it.
As you transition from dinner to cocktail hour, your senses will continue to unlock layers of the experience—each interaction building upon the last.

Ticket Purchasing Details
After registration ends, approved members will gain access to purchase tickets during one of three exclusive sales dates:
September 13th at 10AM | $280
September 27th at 10AM | $280
October 11th at 10 AM | $300
. Only those who have completed the registration process and been officially accepted will be eligible to attend. Each guest must register and be approved individually; plus ones are not permitted without approved access. For duo or table purchases, every seat must belong to a registered and approved guest. (MULTIPLE PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE)
What's Included
Each ticket includes a multi-course station/family-style dinner (entrée selections, sides, and dessert), access to immersive sensory-driven activations, curated entertainment, live performances, photo installations, and multiple signature open bar experiences—including champagne entry and non-alcoholic options. Guests will also receive a few surprise takeaways upon departure.
COMMUNITY GIVE BACK: THE BLACK MARKET
A portion of ticket proceeds will go to a winning nominee who have been affected by the 2025 Economic downfall struggling to either start their business or struggling to sustain their business.
We believe strongly in supporting and uplifting our community like the original black market and we will continue to shape the future and success of a fellow business in need.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the dress code?
This is a formal black-tie affair. Gowns and elevated eveningwear are required. Cocktail attire, sheer full-body looks, and casualwear — including sneakers — are not permitted. Gentle exceptions may be made for culturally intentional footwear within reason. The standard is elegance, culture, and class.
2. Do I have to be a Philadelphia resident to attend?
Not at all. This is a global cultural experience. Approved members from across the world are welcome to attend.
3. What is the minimum age requirement?
You must be 25 years of age or older to attend.
4. Can I bring a plus one?
Yes, but every individual must apply, be approved, and purchase their own ticket. You may attend as a single guest, a duo, or part of a full table. If your plus one is not approved, your purchase will be refunded accordingly.
5. Can I transfer or sell my ticket?
All tickets are non-refundable. However, transfers are permitted only if the person receiving the ticket is approved. There will be a cutoff date for acceptable transfers. Name and ID will be verified at check-in. No exceptions.
6. How will I receive event updates and check-in instructions?
All approved members will receive detailed instructions via email, including arrival time, check-in details, parking or transportation info, and what to expect.
7. When will the location be released?
To maintain the integrity and energy of this experience, location details will be released privately to approved members 48 hours prior to the event, along with arrival instructions and access information.
8. Are phones allowed at the event?
Yes, but we encourage being present and immersing yourself fully in the experience. Specific photo moments and content areas will be designated. A media notice will be sent with full guidelines.
9. What are the expectations for behavior and social presence?
All attendees must align with the spirit and standard of The Formula. Any excessive or disruptive behavior in person or reflected on social media (including violence, explicit language, or overt sexual content) may result in denied access, removal from the event, and revoked membership — with no refund.
10. Do I have to participate in the immersive experience?
Yes. Your Formula Card will guide your journey through the senses. Every approved guest is a part of the story being told — through taste, sight, sound, smell, and touch.
11. What if I have dietary restrictions?
Approved members will be able to submit dietary restrictions at the time of ticket purchase. While we cannot guarantee all accommodations, our team will do its best to honor your needs.
12. How will I use my senses at the event?
Upon arrival, you’ll receive a Formula Card that maps your personal journey through the immersive dinner, cocktail hour, and celebratory afterparty. Every moment is designed to activate your senses — from curated scents to custom tastes, immersive visuals, textured installations, and more.
